Return Process

  Log in to your NCG account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
